    The 2nd Round game Independence @ North Davidson has been pushed up to Thursday due to North Davidson having a Sports Banquet on Friday Night.

    Due to the threat of rain on Friday and other scheduling conflicts, Green Hope vs. Conely has been moved to Thursday @ 7:00 - GHHS.

    North D at their place on the 1st round in 98 I blieve (gettin old) and that place is a cracker jack box but ALSO a hornet s nest! The fans are mainacs look out Indy! :)

    They should move all the games in the west up to Thursday. No way will they play Friday

    Hey O, what do you mean by "cracker jack box"?? If you mean short fence, I think you are confused. Symetrical: 330 down the lines & 360 in center.

    North's playing surface is equal to any in the state. You have to see it to appreciate what Coach Meadows & company have done the past few years. I've been all over the state at multiple complexes, & I haven't seen any that surpass it. Ask any of the members of the CPC.

    It does look good now. Meadow's HAS done a great job, I have seen it a few times, but to say nothing surpasses it. is left to be desired. I have seen two or three that are far better!!

    Good luck against Indy, I'll be watching, and pullin' for you guys!!

    I think that "O" got used to some of the caverns that you occasionally see down in Charlotte. At Myers Park, it's 405 to dead center .... both MP and North Meck are probably too big for normal HS play. Before they rounded the fence at North Meck, it was 440 to the point in dead center but it's down to about 390 now.

    330 down the line is a very good and fair distance, sounds like it's a good sized HS field.

    It is a very nice facility, I think UK7dook3, which used to be UK7UNC3 has probably been very bias toward N.Davidson. There are very many HS facilities as nice as ND and many other Public facilities nicer. In the CPC Rich Park comes to mine.

    He also should now change to UK7UNC4, or 5 if you count 1924.

    Not tryon to knock the facilities I think they are GREAT! Also I am sure Coach Meadows has continued improvements I meant to imply that the FANS are reall close to the action it is very nice aesthetically as well It was a long time back in 98 I believe as wel have the fence(s) ever been moved my mind is somwhat dusty you knw from age! :)
