    try this

    the 13 foot circles around the base plugs will help, but the lip will still be there.

    so try this. take a high pressure hose, 1'' line fire hose if you have it available, pressure washer if you don't. use the high pressure water to blow the lip onto the infield. depending on where you are, grass type, etc you may still have time. hit me with a pm and i'll go deeper
