a picture is worth a thousand words. Sometimes words just can not describe something that you have seen with your own eyes. I remember the first time I saw the Grand Canyon. I stood there in awe and it was just so hard to describe to those that have not seen it themselves. I also remember the first time I visited the Great Wall of China. Nice wall , no big deal. But today I finally got a close up look at something that simply left me speechless. There are no words to describe it. It is something that you must see for yourself to truly appreciate. So some time in the near future it will be posted for all who want to view. It is known to those who have visited as the 9th wonder of the world. It has its own climate. It is a one of a kind man made wonder of the world.

So my good friend Braves if you will , fire away when you are ready. You simply will be amazed and left in awe. No thanks are needed. Everyone should have the opportunity to view something like this at least once in a lifetime!

Sounds like someone's making a "mountain" out of a molehill.

    Mt Evans

For those of you that haven't traveled to see the 9th Wonder of the World, it is located in our own state. It is rumored that pitchers need oxygen after climbing down this mountain. In fact, there is a story told that a pitcher for South Granville never made it back down and Coach Ferrell never found him.

It's an amazing site and has done wonders for promoting tourism in the town of Roxboro. Allow me to prsent the highest point in the state of North Carolina

    Mt Evans
