Has anyone started working out with metal spikes yet. Or is it even a good idea to work out with metal during the week then play TB on the weekends with rubber cleats? I do remember when I played that spikes seem to take longer than rubber to break in. Blisters etc.

My kids got their new Ringor metals in last week. They went to the field by themselves Monday and wore them. Both said they loved the traction and felt it was going to help them tremedously. Youngest said it was gonna take a little longer to break her's in. Coaches at Elon says one of their biggest problems in fall workouts is getting the kids used to the metal. Alot of turned ankles.
