    The Lady Rebels start their road to a conf. championship today as they travel to South Iredell. With solid pitching and a loaded lineup look for nothing to stand in the way of the REBELS. Not even the Vikings. Some what improved from a couple years ago, they thought they actually were going to beat us at their place last year. But this year we leave no doubt as to which team should and will win this game. See you this afternoon Vikes.

    Don't know anything on the rankings, but the starting pitcher is one to keep an eye on. Sophomore Ashley Rhyne is only getting better. Had 15k's today against East Lincoln, 16 on Tuesday against South Iredell and forget exact numbers in games before that but she's been up there every game. Pitcher and catcher grew up working together through rec ball and school, and played last summer with the FootHills Heat 16U, so as you could expect they've got a chemistry going.
