    Unfortunately

Unfortunately I feel "better" today. It was nice of Braves to give me a TBR Doctors Excuse!

What an awesome day! I was thrilled to be around so many top notch Charlotte baseball people (AND ALL IN ONE PLACE AT THE SAME TIME!).

The list would be too large to include here.

My chairs sure were comfortable............when I got to sit in them!

I got to see some hard working kids and some good baseball.

And at the end of the night I got to introduce my son to Coach Sink himself!

Sure is nice of you to give Patterson a triple for AK against Latin. I would've thought a strict scorer such as yourself would have listed as a single with a two-base error, at least that is what Coach Bagwell is calling it so he doesn't have to buy Taylor a steak dinner for getting a triple.:laugh3::laugh3:

I did not think the RF deserved an error for making a diving attempt on the ball to prevent a run. With the runner on third and two out, he could have stayed back, field the ball on a hop and conceded the run, but he tried to make a play and save his team a run. That the ball when off the tip of his glove and rolled to the fence for three, I do not think should be scored an error. It was not a play that you would judge that should routinely be made, and the fact that the ball went off is glove, to me, is irrelevant.

In the same theme, I did score an error for a player in the tournament on a routine pop up that he just completely whiffed on, even though the ball did not touch his glove.
