    The Jack Sink tournament appeared to be a great success in 2010. Lots of scouts (college and pro) in attendance. The home run derby was a nice addition and the participants put on a nice display in a big ballpark. The use of a professional PA announcer was a nice upgrade (not slighting the previous announcer) as he kept things lively and entertaining and he demonstrated excellent knowledge of the game.

    It's nice to see so many baseball people and parents attending games other than the ones their team or sons are playing in.....the south Charlotte baseball community is so interconnected with numerous relationships being woven together from t-ball forward.

    I wish we could go back out there today......

    The Celebrity Homerun Derby was won by Jake Robbins.....proving that pitchers are the best athletes :biggrina:
