JD LONG TO WESTERN CAROLINA

    2012 JD LONG Cuthbertson HS / South Charlotte Panthers has committed to attend college and play baseball at WESTERN CAROLINA UNIVERSITY. JD will join the Catamounts following his high school career at Cuthbertson where he will help lead the Cavaliers at SS the next two seasons.

    Congratulations to JD and his parents Jeff and Cathy!

    Way to go JD! For a MIF, JD has some of the best hands and feet that I've seen in a long time. He's a pleasure to watch and great to have behind your pitcher. Congrats to JD and the rest of the Long Family.

    That makes plenty for SCP and already 4 for the 2nd year school - Cuthbertson HS.

    Congrats JD. Western is getting a good one but better person. Great Kid and outstanding parents. Great Job....

    Congrats from the Schellhorn's. Jeremy had a blast playing with you on the SCP's. Western is getting a wonderful IF with a great attitude that uplifts those around him.
