Is it truely a one game single elimination or are those three game series with the winner of each series moving on?

With the dates listed above the brackets, it appears that each matchup is a three game series.

    Thanks again.

They're best-2-of-3 series. I want to say the championship series is best-3-of-5 but I'm not sure.

    Round 1 (7/3)
    Eastern Randolph 12
    Surry County 0

Landon Allen pitches the complete game 2-hitter, striking out 12. The whole lineup swung the bats well against some pretty decent pitchers from Surry County. ER leads the series 1-0.

Game 2 will be at Eastern Randolph at 7pm Saturday 7/4 at Grady Lawson Field at ERHS.

    Game 2 today 1:00pm @ West

Mooresville wins game 2 9-8 in 8 innings. Mooresville loses a 5 run lead in bottom 5th but holds on with back to back homeruns from Josh Skidmore and Chris Dula, West forsyth fights back to tie game in 7th. Mooresvilles's Kyle Phillips hits a leadoff homer in top 8th and the score holds

Mooresville wins series. Next up @ Randleman Monday.

    Round 1, Game 2 (7/4)
    Eastern Randolph 11
    Surry County 4

Surry only had 9 players make the trip down to ERHS, but they battled hard the whole game and led 3-0 going into the bottom of the 4th when ER scored 5 to take the lead.

Eastern Randolph will play Rowan County in the second round, starting Monday. The locations may depend on the Sr. Legion teams' schedules, but Rowan has the home-field advantage for the 3-game series. ER is now 17-8 on the season.
