    Cary Bulls improve to 32-6 (9-2 conference) and play a DH @ Oxford (non-conference) on Tuesday, July 1st, 5pm. Conference play will finish up on Wednesday, July 2nd, in Cary against Benson.

    Drop doubleheader at Kernersville on 6/28. Kernersville wins our division.

    W-S Junior Legion 16-6, 7-3 Conference

    Play West Iredell tonight and then home/home with Randolph this week to conclude regular season.

    6/29 Oxford 14 Colonial Heights, Va. Post 284 1

    Game 2 rained out

    Chris Hill and Ty Breedlove combined on a 4 hitter as the game was called in 5. Hill, Andy Richmond(2B),Cory Hicks, and Patrick Whitt had 2 hits each. Ryan Allen(2B),Trey Talley, and Will Bullock had hits as well.

    6/30 Oxford 5 Benson 1
    Oxford 10 Benson 2

    Game 1, Talley was winning pitcher giving up 6 hits, 1 walk and 3 K's. Richmond, Seth Lumpkins(HR), and Talley had 2 hits each, with Hill, Allen, and Breedlove having hits as well.

    Game 2 Allen was winning pitcher giving up 2 hits, 4 walks, and had 6 K's. Talley had 3hits including a HR, Hill(2B) had 2, with Allen,Richmond,Lumpkins, Hicks(2B), and Bullock with 1.

    24-6 overall
    10-1 conf.

    7/1 vs. Cary Bulls (DH) 5PM non-conf.
    7/3 at Cary Colts 7PM conf.
    7/5 at Ahoskie(DH) non-conf.

    Mooresville beats Rowan 1-0. W.Dumford pitched a outstanding complete game. This was one of those games u hate to see anyone loose. Mooresville was held to 1 hit and it came in the bottom of the 7th. C.Bonaventure led the 7th off with a walk followed by 2 more walks. J.Mays got the game winning single. Mooresville plays S. Rowan on Wednesday at 7 at Mooresville.
