    They could have played every snap with 12-13 on the field and it still wouldn't have helped.

    Hickory's win coupled with Bunker Hill's loss to Newton clinches another outright CVAC title for the Young Tornadoes. :rockon2:

    Draughn ended up winning 39-7 over East Burke, and I have to say that as an East Burke alum its sad to see that they are not going to be very good over the course of the next few years. But as for Draughn I am very excited about what is going on and hope to see them being competitive in the new CVAC conference starting in 2009. My little brother plays quarterback for Draughn and I think they will make some noise in the CVAC. GO WILDCATS!!!
