Baseball players need to check this place out

We are in Cary at the USA Baseball complex at our tourney this week. Dropped by the Kzone in Apex, NC yesterday. Dan K. was teaching a class of little guys. Watched a 60 lb rising 7th grader throw 70mph. If you live anywhere near the Research Triangle area you need to check this place out.

What a cool thing to see...clean arm action, athleticism, in such a small package. Developing velo and command... the Kzone has multiple throwing lanes with targets, medballs, tubes, weighted balls, bands, slamballs, handled medballs, thick ropes, sleds. I watched 3 or 4 kids write down their new personal bests in throwing velocity in just 15 minutes of watching a class. The radar gun is permanently mounted with a big display. No guess work.
