    Tournament Update- North Meck WINS!

    North Mecklenburg wins Kannapolis Intimidator Tournament.

    The Vikings of North Meck defeated an extremely strong Central Cabarrus Monday night at Intimidator Stadium 9-5

    North got on the board in the first inning, plating one run. But Central Cabarrus came storming back after a walk; Shane Reddy (sp) hit a towering homerun over the building beyond the left field wall.
    Central took a 5-2 lead into the 4th inning when the North Meck bats went to work, plating 3 to tie the game. North took advantage of a few fielding miscues and continued to hit well to extend their lead to 9-5.

    Leading hitters:
    NM Blake Ewart 3-4, Ben Heath, Cody Bouch, Shane Brown 2 hits each
    CC: Tyler Cochran 2-3 2B, Shane Reddy (sp) 2-3 HR I know these guys had at least 2 big hits. (Sorry if Stats not completely accurate)
