    After a 90 minute delay the umpires decided the field was not suitable to play.Kannapolis wins 4 1/2 inning game 6-2.

    LP:McDaniel

    Kannapolis leads series 3-2.

    Game 6 tuesday 7:00PM at South Rowan.

    Game 6 was rained out.They will try again wednesday 7:00PM at South Rowan.

    The winner of this series will play Eastern Randolph in the Area III finals.

    Kannapolis/South Rowan series....

    Is it true that South Rowan was already taking pictures for the State Tournament back when they only had a 2-0 series lead?

    Chief, I would NEVER be one to start a rumor. Not me. :banana:

    I guess I just wanted to thank whoever got this message back to the Kannapolis players after Game 2...

    Wufman, to my knowkedge, no pictures were taken in preparation for the state tourney. Team pictures were taken late this year, but that was before the Kernersville series.

    However, somebody at Kannapolis must be pretty smart to start such a rumor. It has certainly been effective. :D:D:D
