    Wow...not only is she an outstanding player, but an all around great student and person:

    Charlotte Observer

    Hopewell's Kristi Woodall won the Hood Hargett Breakfast Club student-athlete scholarship for March.

    Woodall, who was All-Observer and all-state last year and a three-time All-ME-CA 6 4A selection, has a 5.0 weighted grade-point average, is in the National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and also helps in community activities, including the Special Olympics and Samaritan's Purse.

    one the finest young ladies i have ever had the opportunity to work with and watch grow. she is a great hitter, speedy and will make the College of Charleston proud!

    Congratulations Kristi and to your wonderful parents, thank you for allowing many of us in the area the pleasure of assisting in her development.

    Wow.....first saw her while an 8th grader and now Graduating with all those honors......Great example of a Student /Athlete!!

    To Pam and Larry.......see you guys Saturday and again Congratulations!!

    she is what most college recurit indeed and that kid has the smoothest swing to boot.

    A great player, smart student, and a wonderful person! Kristi, glad to have U in the Blues family. College of Charleston has got them a GEM of a player! Have a great senior year at Hopewell and we will see U this summer. :newsmile56:
