lady Blues Gold at Souths Finest

    The Lady Blues Gold are playing in the Souths Finest 23U/Gold Round Robin Tournament.

    Lady Blues Gold lose game one 5-4 to the Georgia Titans 23U team. This team has all college players. Several from Georgia Tech, Florida Stae, NCSU, Mississippi State as well as Arkansas. The starting pitcher throws for Georgia Tech. Very good game for the Blues.

    Next game at 5pm vs. Georgia Fire 23U.

    Lady Blues Gold lose game 2

    Lady Blues Gold lose 5-2 to the Georgia Fire 23U. Blues jumped out to an early 2-0 lead. The Georgia team had current players from the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech South Carolina and UNC. Blues were beat by a current pitcher from UNC also faced a pitcher from the University of Georgia.

    Blues play tomorrow at 11:00 vs. The Atlanta Vipers GOLD and 1:00pm vs. The Fury 23U.

    Blues vs Ga Fire

    In the game against the Ga Fire , the Blues faced Lisa Norris , UNC 's Ace..
    She was 25-12 with a 1.97 era in 237 innings with 236 K's...

    Thhe Blues held their own in this game...The veteran 23U Fire were too strong. The Blues will learnn from this game

    Lady Blues Gold finish 1-1 on final day.

    The Lady Blues Gold lost game one on Sunday 5-3 to the Atlanta Vipers Gold. Then bounced back to beat the Fury 23U 10-9.

    The Blues are now off until Gold Nationals.

    Good tune up games

    These games seem to be good tune ups win or loose for nationals looks like the blues held their own good luck at nationals
