Lady Blues Showcase

I know it is early but May 20, 2006 at UNCC is the Lady Blues annual Showcase Day. Last year we had 64 players and 11 coaches attend. As U all know regionals kept several colleges away and I am working on others to take their place. Now have a good relationship with several SE conf schools, a couple Big East schools, all ACC schools, Southern Conf. and several Fla schools not in the SEC. Of course, the CVAC, SAC, and Peach Belt are all fine conferences that I communicate with daily. The better talent we have the better chance I have to get the quality coaches. We need all the top travel teams to join us. The Blues have been loyal to all the NC teams that have Showcase events so please help us out. We are not after your players or are we after the glory, we just want to get the college coaches focused on NC and the fine teams and players we have built.

The cost is $100 which covers a T-shirt and your profile in our booklet handed out to all the coaches that attend. Last year I mailed booklets to NC State, UNC, Va Tech, Ga Tech, Central Fla., Mars Hill, Longwood, Va Univ., USC-UPState, and several other schools unable to attend.

Look forward to a great turnout. I am going to ask that we get all sign-up request at least three weeks in advance, then I can send a list of players attending, so the coaches will know the talent prior to attending.

It is for individuals but U are welcome to bring a whole team of kids graduating 2006-2009.
