Lady Tigers - Showcase Team Coach

The Lady Tigers Fastpitch Association, based in Cabarrus County, is looking to expand into showcase 16-18u. Some organization start with a showcase presence and then fill in with younger age groups, we have taken the approach to build from the bottom and now have established successful teams in every age group from 8u to 14u. Over the past few years our strong 14u teams and players have had to look elsewhere to continue to play Showcase level.

We are looking to complete our organization with a Showcase level team so our strongest players can remain with the organization, and we can attract other top players in the area looking to play at the next level. With strong 14u talent, a solid reputation for our organization, and coaches who have strong ties particularly with Rocky River Conf and SPC Conference players and coaches, attracting top talent will not be an issue. We also would have access to our own training facility at Ascend Sports where the Tigers teams workout.

We are interested in finding the right coach(es) who can build our Showcase program and/or acquire or be affiliated with an existing showcase team who does not have the lower age groups in existence as we already do. This could be a win/win for the right showcase coach or team to have the benefit of a proven organization with 14u talent in place and connections to top talent in the conferences and other teams in the Cabarrus/Stanly and surrounding areas.
