    I often use Landon as a hitting model during lessons as to what to do before you step in the box. The routine she does is very important. She pauses, takes a deep breath to compose herself and steps into the box ready to do business. That might be why she leads the team with her batting average.

    noticed this

    noticed a lot of ladies in the recent NCAA playoffs on TV taking this routine, and also looking at the bat, and maybe saying a silent prayer!
