    Interesting Question here:

I am a Right handed coach. I have a 5 member coaching staff with no Lefties. I want to try to start throwing left handed, for BP reasons only, although I have been a right handed pitcher and catcher all my life.

    Anybody got good advice?

Figured I would start this fall with flips and one-knee, then work my way up over the next couple seasons- take it pretty slow. Anybody ever tried this?

    Thanks

During my son's rehab of TJ surgery, he forced himself to throw LH....while doing it everyday, he kept working on the mechanics- I know sounds pretty simple-and his speed came. After doing this for a couple of months, he started throwing BP and used "22's" advice.

He's actually gotten very good with it now
