Greensboro is really playing good right now. 11-1 in the division and 14-1 overall. I can't imagine any team with a better roster of pitchers.

They play Burlington tonight at 7:15 in Jamestown. I'll have a game report later.

    Greensboro -6 11 3
    Burlington --5 9 3 13 innings

WP - Trevor Mullins 4 IP 7 SO, no hits
    LP - Justin Hall 6 2/3 IP 8 hits, 5 SO

Great come back win for Greensboro who scored 5 in the ninth thanks two two errors and two walks and Chad Baker's huge 3 RBI triple. Baker also had the same winning hit in the 13th to score Travis Moore. Baker who was the starting pitcher was 3-7 with 4 RBIs.

Greensboro was flat thanks mostly to the great pitching of Brian ? Rivenbark who pitched 7 1/3 innings of 3 hit shut out ball. Rivenbark also had 11 strikeouts. Chad Baker pitched okay for Greensboro - giving up his usual scattering of singles and striking out 10. The problem was the two bad pitches he served up to Dave Sappelt who smacked 2 2 run homers. Sappelt also had a ground rule double. Jody Groce the number 2 hitter for Burlington had 3 hits. BJ Curtis stroked a solo homer in the 9th for what looked like an insurance run before Greensboro rallied to tie it up.

other hitters for Greensboro were JP Polchinski 2-6 with an RBI, Travis Moore 2-6 with a 2B and the winning run, JK Whited 1-4, 2 walks and a sac bunt. I ran out of fingers and toes to count all the runners LOB for Greensboro.

Greensboro moves to 12-1 in the division and 15-1 overall :applause:
