    ...groundout P to 1B, ballgame,,,, Pasco,Wash beats Sumter,SC 8-7 to advance...

    Sumter,SC finishes a great season at 36-5.

    Looks like theres a window without rain in the Shelby area for awhile anyway, depending on how fast that big front gets here,,,, so LasVegas and South Richmond are planning to start their game at approx. 9:35pm...

    Tournament Schedule (on page 1 of thread) now updated as tournament now down to final 2 teams...

    ***4pm today- Pasco,Wash(51-19) vs. Las Vegas,Nev(74-7)***

    (Pasco,Wash must beat Las Vegas,Nev twice because LV is still undefeated in tourney)

    Talk about a team getting a major boost at this point in the tourney, (like the LasVegas team needed another break), but the kid who pitched for them last night (Matt Hall) had only pitched 1.1 innings in the entire tournament so far,,, this was their 4 game in 4 days, so what does he do, how bout this line...

    ...9 complete innings, 4 hitter, 1 earned run, no walks, 4 k's

    And btw, if he's their #4 pitcher, he improved his season overall record to 11-0. Not too shabby.

    Finals postponed until Wednesday morning at 9am... will try again...

    Believe it or not,,, but they are playing ball in Shelby...

    Game began at 9am, if Las Vegas wins they are national champs, if Pasco,Wash wins, a 2nd game will be played approximately 30 minutes after conclusion of first game, since LV is undefeated.

    I can't believe it, they certainly couldn't play in my backyard this morning after all that rain...
