    I want to put in my two cents worth. There is not a better catcher in the SW4A conference than Brandon Stanford for South Meck. This player has the respect of all his coaches and all his teammates. If you counted his passed balls this year you could use one hand. He blocks everything that I see other catchers never try to battle. I have never seen another player work as hard as this senior to make sure he kept a position that was his to get if he wanted it, and he legitmately worked his rear end off to make sure he got, and he kept it. UNC-Greensboro will take him to an even higher level when they get his bat going! I have never been more proud of a player than I am of this one. I think other catchers will get the attention of the coaches because of their batting percentages, but defensively I don't know of even one with the tenacity and leadership of this one!!! :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause:

    Sugerjet: Great post in regard to your comments on South Meck catcher, Brandon Stanford but...it looks like possibly that its going to be Greensboro College not UNC-Greensboro for Brandon Stanford this coming Fall even though he has been accepted at several other colleges but still unsigned and not recruited by any other college for the catcher's position as yet except Greensboro College and Methodist College.

    Stanford will prove himself at the college level, given the chance, and go far as well. :1luvu:
