    just wanted to get it out that the East Surry junior little league all stars won the South Regional to go on to the Junior World Series in Kirkland,Wash. last night in Fort Myers, FLA just another group of young ladies showing the rest of the country that the girls here in N.C. know how to get it done congrates!!!!!!!!!!!!.

    The East Surry girls won there first pool play game yesterday against Canada 6-0 next up Host team out of Washington St.:94poopbanana-thumb1

    pool play

    East Surry has won it's 2nd pool game 7-3 over host team from Washington St. they are now 2-0 next up Latin American team out of Ruerto Rico also undefeated in pool play.These girls are out of the Pilot Mountain area of N.C.

    Is is not true that the East Surry Girls have not lost a single game in the entire series(from district play to now)? Their toughest game will be against Latin America today.

    Take it to 'em ladies! Good luck to you all. I remember traveling with my DD's to Southeast Regionals almost 6 years ago. What a great time and wonderful memories! They are now a Junior and Senior in HS loving softball and one is preparing to play at the next level. Leave it all on the field ladies, Western North Carolina Softballers are pulling for you all the way. hurray: :hurray: :hurray:
