Looking for 4 serious players 16u

We are the carolina comets Sharon Bailey and we are lookin for 4 serious players.We will be playing in some showcase tournaments.We need some players that are willing to play ball and that have good attuitudes and want to practice and don't bring any Drama.We have three sayings on this team.

1.Let the coaches do the coaching. :headslap
2.Let the umpires do the umping.
3.Let the parents do the cheering for the whole team.

Good luck, I think the moon ro the sun or something is going on this year as there has ben more drama than usual throughout softball. Hope U get what U need. :1peekdoor

 

Well said LB1 I think that because of so many teams and a depleted player pool (talent and numbers), that some folks are promising the sun and the moon to get players and when they cant deliver thats when all the drama begins.

U maybe right, it is getting a little like baseball used to be, players jumped from team to team depending on the hot spot at the time. I think all coaches and teams are experiencing player movement. Sometimes we lose focus of the real goals of sports. Good luck to all of U that work hard to have a good team and environment for the young ladies that play the game. Keep your heads high, U do make a difference.
