Our 15u catcher pulled a groin yesterday and is looking for some ideas to help in his rehab. He tweaked it behind the plate and later fully pulled it running out a slow roller. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks,

Depending on if it's groin, hammy or somewhere in the quad... rest is really the best bet. Prevention (stretching and strength specific training) is the absolute best route.

Don't mean to step on any well intentioned toes, but I'd check with a doctor. At the very least, consult with the school's athletic trainer.

Ol' Doc Braves has been around a long time and, by all accounts, is full of it.

    Good advice, that is.

    pulled groin relief

Applying ice as soon as the injury occurs speeds the healing process immensely. Other than that you just have to let it heal.
