in NCSU and UNC game. Whole lot of kids that have been good friends of mine over the years that have been super nice to my young son at high school games, Battle of the Border and Hot Stove Dinner. Amazing to see all the kids that have competed or been honored in some of my events over the years.

My son watched whole game and loved seeing these boys play on tv!

Great inspiration for him and others who want to one day play college baseball like Logan, Brett, Jake, Chris, Michael, Shell and the others from around here that played last night!

    Box Score

The box score stated that attendance was 2928.

I watched some of the late innings. The camera panned the stadium.

I think they moved the decimal point. I can buy the attendance in the 8th inning being 292.8 but nowhere near 3000.

Who else saw all the empty seats?

By the way, I loved seeing all the kids I know playing on TV too! How cool!!!!!

    college baseball attendance

Yep, it really struggles around here to attract the numbers. And that was 2 nationally ranked teams.

Go a few hours south to Columbia and there are sellout crowds. They sold about 5000 season tickets for 2012!
Several influencing factors for the Gamecocks, not the least are 2 consecutive national championships. That never hurts.

But would the same thing happen with attendance at UNC or NCSU?
