    I have been in meetings most of the day so I can see that I need to catch up on a few things...EnkaMom12, I emailed Jacob Messer at Asheville Citizen Times and and so did Enkaball05 about a lot of these issues and I guess he just doesn't care. I hate that for these young athletes because they sure deserve the recognition....Lets all email Jacob...

    tried the email bit with messer last season
    he replied that i really had no idea how hard his job was

    and he doesnt have scoreboard or team pages to deal with this year
    not to say that he dealt with them last year either
    must be tuff cuz the only softball team that they have EVER covered is enka and now he doesnt even do that

    heck with email

    and the sports editor?
    not gonna get much help there

    I cancelled as well....I just catch the paper at work in case I think there is a chance something might be printed...

    Did somebody say e-mail. I sent mine but like fence said went through this the last few years doesn't do any good although I feel much better.

    I just wanted to commend the Asheville Citizen Times and the two of you J
    Messer and B Berghau on the excellent coverage given to the first ever MAC
    3A softball tournament. Your tireless efforts to better serve the community
    and support of these hard working student athletes doesn't go unnoticed.
    The ACT, Messer and Berghau should be ashamed of themselves for their lack
    of coverage. Is it laziness or incompetence, I know lets point the finger at
    the coaches, they didn't tell us so we didn't know. I believe you owe an
    apology to these athletes especially the Seniors, many of whom just played
    their last game. I won't hold my breath.

    Why would he think I'm an Enka fan, how insulting :rofl: just had to say it. Me thinks you Enka fans are bad :banana: Bet he's got a desktop full of Email :applause:
