Why am I thinking of Bill Murray in "Caddyshack"?

    No options???

Surely there are other options to find a substitute playing field. Time to call in a few chips. Or reschedule. The kids need to play. The parents need to watch. The coaches need to coach. All are rusty.
I bet there have already been some calls offering places to play.

Oh, and Blue needs some scrimmage too.

Seriously, where is our sense of community and helping out????

The sprinkler system was not "left on". While watering the field and getting ready for Saturday's games, the sprinkler system would not shut off. The water ran for 2 hours and completely flooded the infield out. We were at the mercy of CMS maintenance coming to turn the water off.

These were the teams Mallard Creek were to play? Why did they not invite MC? That was not nice.....That's like saying "if we can not play at your house, you can not play with us"

Perhaps, they did. Coach Shoe @ Concord is a class act.

I heard reports of a rather large man snapping water pipes with his bare hands at Mallard Creek Fri. so he and his younger son could go to UNC-W and watch his older son play ball this past weekend...any truth to that?
