    Five future Lions signed with David Williams at Mars Hill College Saturday, November 14.

    Megan Arrington, Tuscola High School
    Hannah Light, Coeburn High School
    Taylor Miller, Mt. Pleasant High School
    Chelsea Varner, Starmount High School
    Shaundee Woosley, North Davidson High School

    Congratulations to all the girls. It was nice meeting you. We are looking forward to watching you play.:cheer:

    props to all these young ladies but a special shout out to Taylor and Shaundee and their parents. Two fine young ladies we had the pleasure of playing travel ball with.

    Congrats to Coach Williams, his staff and team, and especially to the 5 ladies who signed their letters! Our family is fortunate to know three of the ladies (Shaundee, Hannah and Taylor) through high school and/or travel ball....MHC is getting some talented ball players! Way to go to everyone!!!!

    Great Job Coach Williams

    David has done another superior job of recruiting.

    You have got several of the absolute best playing the game.

    Megan Arrington is without adoubt one the best kept secrets in the state of NC and more than llikely on the East Coast.

    Shandeee is another amazingly blessed Softball Player.

    Congatulations to all of you Ladies.

    Coach Williams is building a great program at Mars Hill College and all of you ladies will contribute to the success that is sure to come.

    Just want to congratulate Megan on her signing at the next level..i've had the pleasure of traveling with Megan and watching her play from the age of 10... i know they are plenty of girls that play hard, and they will, or will be going to the next level, but i haven't seen a kid play and practice so hard at all times, no matter the conditions or the outcome of the score if losing, (not many of those!) as Megan. I don't recognize those other recruits, but if they play with half the intensity as Megan, Mars Hill will be a force no matter who they play...and what a great person as well!!
