Hunter May and Ryan Butler were in some eyes the two top pitchers of Charlotte! Butler has a state championship under his belt and May held the 2010 Charlotte Pitcher of the Year award. Both of these start recruits traveled up to WV this year to play baseball for Coach Jeff Wagonner at Marshall University. RPI polls now rank C-USA as the second highest conference in baseball only behind the ACC, and above SEC and the Big-12.

Last weekend May and Butler both recieved there first collegite starts. May started aganist Quinnipiaci University going 5 innings allowing 2 runs with 5ks and 1BB to recieve his first college win ever!!! The final was 7-3.

Butler got the start aganist Ball State. Butler went 4 innings allowing just 2ER with 1K reciving the no decision.

Both of these young men have come very far in their careers and I can only smile and say that there is so much more to come! Look for these two to be draft top picks for sure!

Both May and Butler will be reciving starts once again this weekend as they take on Ohio University. Lets wish them the best of luck.

"Wild Thing" :clapclap: Not only is Hunter a talented pitcher, but he's a fun guy to be around. I hope I can see him pitch this year.
