    Megan Rembielak of the Carolina Cardinals/McHone signed today with Coach Herrington and App. St. They are getting a real winner. Megan is one of the best ball players ever to come through our organization. We wish her all the best!

    .....Go Mountaineers! Work hard at APP, as you have ever tried in your life. Schools not easy and add sports to the equation makes it twice as hard.....but atheletes like you always find a way to win. You'll be fine in class and on the field! I'm VERY happy for you! Throw your charm on APP!

    Wish U the best Megan, U always gave us fits! Nice job to Rick as well for getting her on stage for the coaches to see the great talent.
