Thinks for the pictures. I will try and get some of my girls and post them this year. Great looking field by the way!

    MS Softball in the fall?

Is this SC? I wish NC Middle Schools played in the fall instead of the Spring!

Davidson/Davie County Middle School League (NC) plays in the fall.

Fall middle school softball should be required statewide.

    I agree!

Thanks for the response. I didn't know there were any NC counties with MS SB in the fall.

I would love to see fall MS SB required state wide. Do these counties have volleyball in the fall as well? Reason I ask is because the county I am in has volleyball in the fall and a lot of the girls who play SB also play volleyball. Not sure we would even have a SB team if they had both at the same time.

In Cleveland County, volleyball is between softball and basketball in middle school. The girls could actually play all three of those sports.. Spring offers girls soccer (boys play in fall), tennis and track.

I had no idea anyone played SB in the fall. We play soccer, then volleyball, basketball and end with softball in the spring. We only have about 180 students in the 7th and 8th grade combined so we could not field a team if any two sports were playing at the same time. But it would be nice to have SB in the fall. Our girls have school ball and rec. ball at the same time. My girls are dragging so bad at the end of school and it is not their fault. They will practice school ball every day, have rec ball practice and games at least 3 to 4 days a week and then play on Saturdays to make up game lots of time. On top of this they have all their school work and EOG's in Math, science and Language arts. They look like zombies by June.
