    Crest Middle

    Crest Middle school clenched the west conference championship yesterday. Crest Middle will play the east champion for the Tri-county championship on Tuesday the 20th. The counties include Cleveland, Rutherford and Lincoln.

    North Lincoln Middle defeated Burns Middle yesterday to become the east division champion. This should be a good game to watch as NLM is undefeated as well as Crest (correct me if I'm wrong Clevelandlefty). NLM has a really talented group of girls and Crest is ALWAYS strong. NLM will host the game on the 20th, start time is usually around 4.

    I have spoken to Cheeze and have apologized.You are right I had no idea what this site was about.That was A terrible reaction on my part.It made me look like an ass,and am man of to admit it.I have really enjoyed the things I have seen posted,and I am sure if connected with you folks.It will better me as A coach.Thank you guys for putting me in my place.It was well needed,and I apologize to the rest of TBR also.That is not the person I am,and know first impressions mean alot,and I didn't give A good one.I am very dedicated to my girls,and all kids of Fastpitch.Just trying to get them to the next level,as Gaston County as A whole to get better needs the next level.

    Northwestern Conf.

    West Alexander and Hudson play today in the Championship of the Northwestern Conference. Game time is 4:30pm @ Central Park.
    Should be a good one.

    Not down here...

    FWIW, the only county I know of in upper SC that plays Middle School softball is Greenville County, and it plays in the spring. Some of the adjacent counties (Anderson, Spartanburg) have "C" teams taken primarily from the middle schools.

    Georgia plays High School ball in the fall.

    Hudson beats West Alex. today 9-2 for the Northwestern Conf. Tournement Championship.
    Way to go ladies.

    That group or young ladies on the Hudson MS team, can sure swing the bats, one of the better hitting teams we have had to come through.

    Tell Laney we said congrates. I hope the spelling is right. She is a fine young lady and a good ball player to boot. We play today at North Lincoln. Should be a really good game.
