    West Alexander continued their undefeated season with a 15-0 win Tuesday night against East Alexander and a 13-8 hard fought victory over Hudson Middle School last night.

    She's having her best year so far at the plate and behind the plate also. I think she's more proud of 3 caught stealing @ 2nd in 4 games than anything she's done with the bat.:rifle:

    C.C.Griffin plays Northwest on Tuesday.Griffin is undefeated at the present time

    Most competitive game thus far for both teams. Bailey was lead by Jasmine Lamontagne from the mound. Josie Weber, Patricia Thompson & Lauren Parker combined on the mound for Bradley for the win.

    Got to see the first 4 innings of this game today very good game, was really impressed with the catcher for CCG and the pitcher for NWC. Both teams scored 2 runs in the first inning. Anyone else have details on the finish?

    NWC vs. CC Griffin

    Again, I wasn't at the game - but according to my dd who plays for NWC - it was the bottom of the 8th with 2 outs and a runner on 3rd. CC Griffin batter hits ball, ball hits home plate and goes into fair territory, batter runs to first, NWC catcher believes it is a foul but everyone screams at her to throw to first, so she does - runner safe at 1st and runner on third comes home for the winning run. Fluke play to end the game --- that's softball!!!!

    NWC's record is 2-3 - all three loses were by one run and two of the games were in extra innings. NWC is a young team with only 3 eight graders. I believe they still have alot of fight left in them this year.
