    Greenfield School Tops Grace Christian

    Greenfield opens its season with a 20 -5 win over Grace Christian of Raleigh. Sam Kirk picked up the win on the mound. Chase Whitehead had 4 hits while Kirk added 3 with 2 2b's and 5 RBI. Joseph Gardner and Dillon Alvarez also banged out multiple hits. Next game is Friday vs. Cape Fear Christian at 11 AM in the GFS Invitational Tournament. Record is 1-0.
