    You bet coach!

Yet in todays day in age it is far and few in between. Usually these teams are tabbed historically as being "special" because of their special make up! Alot of youngsters today have been so "softened" and overly glorified by everyone else who really doesn t matter in the equation it is very rare to find! I am always hoping for it in my team(s).. :xyzthumbs

Of course, you can...just commit to hard work, sacrifice, teamwork and coachability and that will get you started.

batting average with runners in scoring position. some can hit when there is no pressure. but put someone on second or third, when you need a hit and see wht happens.

I'm with you, O. It's all about the team. Heard a coach put things in perspective for his players recently. Told them if it was more important to them to hit .300 for the season or see how may batters they could strike out in the season, and be happy playing on a .500 team, then they needed to turn in their uniform.
