This league continues to grow every year. Attended the organizational meeting last night. Have 12 teams participating this year. We had several colleges in attendance last year and look for more this year. Play starts 9/2 and runs through October (some chilly nights in the Mtns). Teams in the league this year are:

    TC Roberson
    West Henderson
    Tuscola
    AC Reynolds
    Hayesville
    North Henderson
    Owen
    Hendersonville
    Erwin
    Asheville
    North Buncombe
    Enka

I've been lurking for quite awhile, and decided to jump in.

I most teams are coached by Dads, but W Henderson has Mudcat, Reynolds has a former HS/College, and current scout/legion Coach, N Buncombe has a graduated players Dad.

Cameron is a great kid, came to TC a couple days late due to being in the Connie Mack WS. After having played 6 days a week all summer you'd think he would want/need a break. His reply? Well, we have a couple weeks off till the Fall season starts!

Cameron is a tremendous athlete. Those of you who have not competed against him or had an opportunity to see him play have missed a real treat. We will "all" be watching him for years. He is a great kid and I hope he always keeps the attitude he possesses.
