    T.C. Roberson 4-3 over East Henderson in 8 innings.
    The game went into extra innings tied at 1 a piece.
    East Scored 2 runs in the top of the 8th to go on top 3 to 1.
    With the pitching and defense and shortage of hitting this lead looked to be insurmountable. But, in the bottom of the 8th the wheels seemed to have fallen off for East. T.C. scored 3 runs on timely hits and 3 erros by East to pull out a big win in conference play. Wish I could have been there.
    Tough Loss Sam Stepp but there is always tomorrow.
    Way to go Caroline on your big win.

    CONGRATULATIONS TO FRESHMAN NICOLE CARPENTER, NOT ONLY FOR SCORING THE WINNING RUN IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SEVENTH, BUT BOTH RUNS IN THE GAME.

    BOTH TEAMS PLAYED WELL. SEVERAL 3UP/3DOWN INNINGS. FRANKLIN LOOKED LIKE THEMSELVES TODAY, PLAYING MUCH BETTER THAN SATURDAY. FRANKLINS DEFENSE HELD SEVERAL BATTERS AT THIRD BASE.

    BOTH TEAMS DISPLAYED EXTREMLY POSITIVE SPORTSMANSHIP.

    Reynolds @ Erwin today weather permitting @4:00
    Erwin having an opening ceramony for their new field with :229031_ha Dennis Edwards and Mr. Dodson(Superintendent of Buncombe Co Schools) threwing out the first pitch(es) today. Extremely nice new field that was built with a lot of volunteer help.:trophy:

    Good game yesterday between Reynolds and Erwin (Reynolds 3 Erwin 0)
    The young Erwin team is showing signs of improvement, just need to get those bats going. Watch out the second half of the season they may surprise us all.
