Mission Statement:

The Michael V. DiMaggio Foundation’s main purpose is to help support disadvantage youths by offering to help shape the lives of many and to nurture the hopes and dreams of countless youths who have the love for baseball and softball. The foundation will focus on initiatives aimed to create and improve children’s opportunity to experience the great game of baseball and its countless positive attributes.

100% of the donations will be given to this need. Checks payable to: The Michael V. DiMaggio Foundation (a Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund)

My son had the opportunity to play baseball with Michael for several years. Having watched many many games I can tell you that NO ONE played the game of baseball with more passion than Michael! This foundation gives all of us parents, coaches and baseball fans an opportunity to help more kids participate in this great game.
