    Homerun ????

I just purchased a new bat for the DD and we talked at length about bats for weeks before we decided on a new one. She wanted a new 05 Rocket-Tech but almost imposible to find new unless you mortgage the house. Now you're wondering what this has to do with the Homerun thread don't you?

I was wondering if anyone wanted to share which brand, model, and size they were using to hit these long balls? This isn't intended to be a Brand vs Brand sales pitch, I am just curious. As I said we have already purchased a new bat and hope it lives up to the hype. I am especially curious about the weight and length. I am of one opinion on this subject and want to see what works best for everyone else.

The purple and white Stealth 33/23 is hot out of the wrapper.

The 04 RocketTech was the hot one.

One way I like to test bats is take them out to the field and do a little self-toss home plate to cf fence with about a dozen balls. I compare whatever bat I'm testing to my 04 RT. The Mizuno Frenzy from a couple years ago was one of the best comparisons.

I haven't personally tested the Stealth but I've seen noticeable difference in distance between the CF4/CF3 and newer RTs and Combats. Only seen the new Synergy in college games. They seem to be hot but hard to tell whether it's the bat or the batter there.

Be interesting.....like to hear how many use the 07 black and gray Synergy.....also be interesting to see how many are not 22's or 23's.

Thought someone already passed the record. Think she had 15 at one point.

Is there any way to know what the record is for the girls softball school teams that have the most home runs in a season? Looking for a answer in the SPC.
