    The NC girl's homeruns:

Breanna Jones- 2 over the fence vs Bunker Hill 08 Stealth(White)200ft. fence, one over the fence vs Maiden 200ft. fence. 08 Stealth (White). Both of the BH homeruns were still going up after passing the fence/ linedrive shots.
Sara Vanhorn- 1 inside the park vs Bunker Hill at home 220 fence 08 Stealth(white)
Chelsea Cullars- 1 over the fence vs Bunker Hill at home 220 fence using Rockettech sold by Cheese. (Shameless plug, sorry)

    Okay !!

It still has to be hit and go out, no matter if it's 40 mph or 65 mph, because if it was so easy then everybody would be hitting it out. Constance Orr is more deadly with her changeup then her fastball. My DD played against her for years, and her changeup is more deadly!!

If Orr is a 10. These girls are seeing 7-9 type pitching

    Don't know the names...

...but 2 girls from Wakefield hit HR's today against Broughton (winning the game 5 - 0). I believe one of them has 7 on the year now. There was no doubt they were gone when they were hit and they were not bad pitches. Both pitches were low, those girls just went and got them.

    Pardon the fishman ......

.....for not being sure about this kids full name. Jackie Mahle, or Jamie Mahle from Wakefield HS, in Raleigh. yesterday I saw her last name listed in the News and Observer as connecting on 6 HRs this year, and my DDs team just happened to be playing Wakefield today. The N&O can change the stat to 7! She took a low outside pitch to town. Mahle is not a big kid size wise, but she's a damn good hitter.
