NC ASA Tournaments and Showcases

We are starting to add the NC ASA tournament schedule on the www.ncasafastpitch.com website. Please check'em out. Several showcases added to the site already. Entry forms are available in the "general information" section of the message board.

Thank you for the kind words. We are really trying hard to build a "premier" ASA program here in NC. From my perspective, the sole purpose of our ASA organization is to give the girls an opportunity to pursue their dreams regarding fastpitch softball.
It's all about the girls!
I am really excited about the upcoming tournament season. We have enlisted some quality tournament directors who have bought into the vision, that are willing to host a full schedule of tournaments for all ages.

 

NC ASA 2007 Tournament Schedule

We now have a full schedule of showcase and invitational tournaments posted at www.ncasafastpitch.com
The ASA qualifiers will be posted as soon as we get them from ASA National.
New for 2007, we will also be offering two scholarship tournaments with 2-$500.00 scholarships awarded at each tournament. One tournament will be in the eastern section of NC and the other in the western part of NC.
We will also be adding a few other tournaments including the ASA State info as soon as we have all the info.
The ASA State will be held in Cary, July 6-8, 2007. Check us out.

Can we get a receipt and show the tourney directors for subsequent tourneys?

ASA Sanction and Fees for 2007

For 2007 we will allow 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U to contiue to sanction using a team fee concept. That will cost $30.00 and is payable at the field, through me or directly through Tony Laws. You will receive a sanction card in the mail once that has been completed.

For 2007, the 16U teams that plan to play qualifiers, showcases, out of state, ect... will need to sanction through individual registration via VTD.
For 2007 only, the 16U teams that plan to play only local invitational tournaments can pay a team sanction fee.

For 2007, all 18U teams are required to register individually through VTD. No exceptions.

 

VTD

Virtual Tournament Director handles all our individual registration. The player ID cards, insurance, ect...There is a link on the NC ASA website. There web address is www.fastpitchsoftball.net
