    Selection show @ 12:30.

I say the Tar Heels get in. (ahead of Boston College)
Elon is listed as a bubble team also.

The state of South Carolina is taking more teams than NC this year (5-3) with Virginia taking the same as NC.

Surprised that FSU as a #1 seed is traveling to CT and others, like Miami, are at home.

In the Atlanta Regional I'm hoping that the teams that play Mercer ten-rule them.

Myrtle Beach will be a great tournament!

    thoughts

baseball committee of recent years has tried to get a regional host or two somewhere out of the typical strong baseball geographic areas of the SE, west, & midwest. Thus Connecticut is playing host but is not a # 1 seed.

Coastal Carolina will be an extremely tough nut to crack @ MB. CC is very good.

I can somewhat understand that, but why not send Miami instead of FSU. FSU just won the conference tournament and received a #1 seed.

and I love MB and Coastal, but how can a mid major school be a higher seed.

The funny thing is I am not an FSU fan, although i love their coach.

...I'm with you pal, FSU deserves a better draw.

    Coastal has a legit program.
NCSU catcher Chris Shaeffer has a 3rd degree concussion and is out for the season.
UNC deserves a spot in the NCAAs because it sells papers...........JK, their RPI has them 21st.
BC lost too many games at the end of the season, no brainer.

    Go to his select camps

He has select camps in both Myrtle Beach and in the northeast. Large attendance from high school on up with a lot of states represented (even saw several Jucos at camp in Myrtle Beach) - uses his campus along with the fields at Cal Ripken complex. His assistants also have been involved with the Firecracker tournament where kids can be seen and be invited to his select camps.

Question to you guys - with college budgets trimmed and showcase being diluged, do you think the future will be schools hosting multiple select camps over the summer (inviting those really interested in at no cost while charging others - making money off recruiting).
