I thought I would post this on here for all you parents and travel ball coaches so you can help your kids out this summer. There is new legislation that was passed by the NCAA that now requires prospective student-athletes to be registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse and on the school's request list before they can come on an official visit or sign a NLI.

Please tell all of your kids about this and help them get registered. It is very simple to do. They go to this website https://www.ncaaclearinghouse.net/NCAA/common/index.html and follow the instructions. Also make sure that they answer the amatuerism questions and have their SAT/ACT scores sent directly from the college board to the clearinghouse (they no longer accept scores from a high school)

Reinforcing what i've heard hundreds of times but always good for the kids to hear from someone else. Heard college coach recently say they wouldn't even consider someone who didn't have their shirt tucked in no matter how talented. Everyone can find ball players what colleges want are young ladies. Thanks guys for the info.
