    I am excited to pass on the following information for the inaugural meeting of the NCFSCA. Here is the proposed agenda of the first meeting. I hope all of you are willing to participate and involve yourselves for such a righteous cause!!!

    Introduction, Presentation of the purpose of the association

    Elect Executive Committee Officers and Chairpersons. The following officers and chairpersons should be elected on July 22, 2004:
    President
    Vice-President
    Secretary
    Treasure
    Scholarship Chairperson
    10 Regional Chairpersons

    Please send me any nominations ASAP at [email protected] for the Executive committee, including chairpersons. There are a total of 15 seats on the executive committee including officers and chairpersons. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Here is a breakdown of the regions by counties:

    Region 1-Pitt, Craven, Pamlico, Hyde, Beaufort, Martin, Chowan, Bertie, Hertford, Gates, Perquimans, Pasquotank, Camden, Washington, Tyrrell, Dare, and Currituck (17)

    Region 4-Columbus, Bladen, Cumberland, Robeson, Scotland, Montgomery, Moore, Lee, Harnet, Richmond, Hoke (10)

    Folks i hope all will talk with their local coaching staffs in reference to this huge step NC Softball is taking by forming a governing body and our voices will contiune to be heard! Pass it along WNC and do provide us some feedback!
