    That's interference EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!!!! The NCAA and to a degree FED is cracking down on batters falling over the plate when a catcher throws down to second. They are doing a scientific study to figure why it only happens when a runner is trying to steal second. If no one is on they never fall across the plate and the NCAA can't figure out why...;) Bottom line is players/coaches do what they can within the rules until it is enforced and they come with new tactics to try to beat the system. The batter purposely falls over the plate on his follow through to distract the catcher and by definition it's interference. It's actually a very easy call to make.
