need help with hitting

    hey yal thanks for reading! Um do yal have any advice to help my hitting? my daddy shoots those comet shooters at me everyday and then i go to the hit-away.. but still, i dont think that im doing as well as i should be... any advice?

    contiune the work you are doing with dad and your travel team.......

    be confident,do the fundamentals, be abit cocky and always aggressive.

    :xyzthumbs See the Central Cabarrus Coach. He has worked camps with USA Olympic Coach Mike Candrea. Our girls live by the technique. Seems to be working! CC has never been a hitting team until this year. Proof is in the pudding. Most everyone says we are the best hitting team in the State. We have talent that has good technique. A winning combination. :xyzthumbs

    great idea.............definitely one of the best hitting instructors in the two carolinas
