"Never say die" Davidson Wildcats

    The Davidson Wildcats put on a great display of grit & determination in back to back games Sat/Sun vs. Elon.

    On Saturday, Elon scored 3 runs in the top of the eighth to tie the score at 9-9....Elon added 2 more in the 11th and Davidson trumped them with 3 in the bottom of the frame to win the game.

    On Sunday, Elon was up 7-5 going to the bottom of the 9th and Davidson scored 2 runs to tie...Elon scored again in the 11th and Davidson again rallied with two runs to win.

    Sorry, I can't provide better details, but I didn't have my book and my total recall isn't total anymore.

    Did David Daniels play for Davidson? If so, how did he do?

    Yep, double D was the dh in two of the games I think....got a hit on each game....
