Greensboro Glare is holding an open tryout to fill a couple of openings on our roster. We are looking for another pitcher and a couple of infield/outfield positions.

Tryout will be Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 at Grimsley High School.

Players Needed 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u

18u Team TFS is looking for an athlete that can play Middle Infield and/or Outfield. Player can be hitter or slapper.

16u Team TFS is looking for an athlete than can play Middle Infield and/or Outfield. Player can be hitter or slapper.

14u Team TFS is looking for an athlete that can catch and play other position(s) as well. Player needs to be able to or have experience catching 50-55mph pitchers with movement.

12u Team TFS is looking for an athlete that can catch and play other position(s) as well. Player needs to be able to or have experience catching 45-50 mph pitchers with movement. 12u is also looking for a pitcher with 12u experience and we are looking for a pitcher that will definitely be able to move up and compete at the 14u level in August/September.

Up to date instruction is provided and a competitive schedule at all age groups. Players are placed on teams based on ability/skill and not by their age. All those interested should contact immediatly for more information.

The 10U SPIRIT is looking for an experienced player to add to their '08 roster. We are off to a strong start with a 14-4 record and are looking forward to a successful season. Practices are in the Mallard Creek/University area (Charlotte).

DC Thunder 10U

Davidson County Thunder 10U is looking for an athlete, primarily a strong infielder, ready to work, learn and have fun. We're off to a great start, having won our first two tournaments of the year. We play 2-3 tournaments a month. If you're serious about the game, dedicated with a positive attitude, and want to be part of an exceptional group of young ladies, DC Thunder is your team. We practice 10 minutes from Winston Salem and 15 minutes from High Point.

Invited Try Out

Triangle Lightning 18U is having an invited tryout on April 12th, 2008. We are looking for select positions: A young(2010, at least) catcher, a middle infielder, possibly an outfielder---either of these positions--if the player is a left handed slapper---would be a plus.

I am just helping out a good friend, maybe TBR can help me.? This team is looking for a pitcher/ utility type player for 14u. Of course they will look at other positions if you can bunt/slap with blazing speed...LOL the typical "coaches dream" player with monster blasts over the fence will also work....LOL..Really, if you want a little more pitching time or a change of scenery, give me a call and I will forward the head coach's info to you.
